Swagelok, a global leader in fluid system solutions, seeks a Level II Machine Operator in Strongsville, OH. You will join a first-shift team, operate precision equipment, and help produce high-quality fluid-system components in a temperature-controlled plant.

The role emphasizes learning daily, maintaining safety, and following standard work while advancing machining skills in a collaborative setting. Competitive pay and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills, adding and subtracting fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Machining experience or mechanical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Follow standard work instructions and quality plans according to specs.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Monitor machine outputs and identify issues to resume production.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety procedures.
