Swagelok in Solon, Ohio, seeks an entry-level Level II Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team producing fluid-system components. You’ll learn on a variety of machines, maintain safety, and uphold high quality standards in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals are required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily shift start-up meetings and provide shift handoff reports.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Identify quality or process issues and escalate to keep production moving.
• Complete preventative maintenance and document production activities.
