Swagelok in Solon, OH is seeking a Level II Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will produce fluid-system components, learn multiple machines, and maintain high quality under safety standards in a temperature-controlled environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and a commitment to quality. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills, with overtime possible as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow production system and participate in daily shift start-up meetings.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Follow quality plans and inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Monitor outputs, identify issues, and escalate to maintain production.
• Complete preventative maintenance and document production activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
