Job summary

OLDCASTLE INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe and efficient production of molded OES products in line with customer specifications.

You will prepare products for shipping and maintain a clean, organized workstation while following all safety procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing SKU specs, operating machines, trimming excess material, inspecting parts, and coordinating with supervisors to address quality issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and orientation.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Wollows production specifications and quality checks.
• Works in a manufacturing setting with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the production specifications for each product SKU before shift.
• Removes product from machine to maintain the scheduled production cycle.
• Trims, files or cuts excess flash per product specs.
• Inspects each piece to meet quality and customer specs.
• Reports quality issues, packing damage, or inconsistencies timely to limit losses.
• Installs or assembles components according to order specs.
• Maintains safety, communicates potential hazards to supervisors.
• Labels, packages, and stacks finished product for shipping.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized to ensure safety.
• Adheres to safety procedures and reports hazards promptly.
