Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe and efficient production of molded OES products per customer specifications. The role prepares items for shipping and adheres to all safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

You will review production specs before shifts, manage cycle times, trim excess material, inspect quality, and escalate issues promptly to minimize production losses.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Demonstrates safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production specifications for each product SKU scheduled for production prior to shift and asks clarifying questions.
• Removes product from machine following cycle time to maintain schedule.
• Trims, files or cuts excess flash per product specs.
• Inspects each piece to meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Alerts supervisor to quality issues, packing damage, or inconsistencies promptly to limit losses.
• Installs or assembles components per order specifications.
• Maintains safety and workspace cleanliness; reports potential hazards.
