Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe and efficient production of molded OES products. You will prepare items for shipping, verify specs, and maintain quality Standards while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong safety orientation and awareness.
• Physical stamina to perform lifting up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow specifications and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each SKU before shift.
• Remove finished product from machine and ensure cycle time compliance.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash to meet specs.
• Inspect parts for quality and conformance to customer specs.
• Notify supervisor of quality or packing issues to minimize losses.
• Assemble/add components per order and prepare for shipping.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation and follow safety procedures.
