Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure the safe and efficient production of molded OES products to meet customer specifications and prep for shipping. This non-exempt role requires attention to quality, adherence to cycle times, and a proactive approach to safety.

You will review production specs, operate machinery, trim flash, inspect pieces, and report quality issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Safety orientation required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production specifications for each SKU prior to shift.
• Removes product from machine to maintain schedule.
• Trims, files or cuts excess flash to spec.
• Inspects each piece for quality and customer conformity.
• Reports quality issues or packing damage to supervisor promptly.
