Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Worker to ensure safe and efficient production of molded OES products in line with customer specifications. The role includes pre-shift review of SKUs, operating machinery, performing trimming and finishing, and preparing products for shipping.

The position requires good communication, a strong safety mindset, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The work environment involves indoor spaces with warm summers and occasional chemical exposure.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include walking, stairs/ladders, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production specifications for each SKU before shift.
• Operates machine to meet production cycle times.
• Trims, files, or cuts excess flash per specifications.
• Inspects pieces for quality and customer specs.
• Notifies supervisor of quality issues or damage to limit losses.
• Installs or assembles components per order specs.
• Maintains awareness of surroundings to prevent safety hazards.
• Labels, packages, and stacks finished product for shipping.
• Adheres to safety procedures and reports hazards.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized for safety.
