Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Machine Operator to support the production of molded OES products. You will review specifications, load and cycle materials, trim excess, and inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.

Role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing and moving during shifts, with adherence to safety procedures and continuous attention to a clean, organized workspace. Training on equipment and safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must communicate verbally or in writing.
• Ability to display safety orientation.
• This role involves lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production specifications for each SKU scheduled for production.
• Removes product from machine following cycle times to maintain schedule.
• Trims, files, or cuts excess material per product specs.
• Inspects pieces to ensure quality and customer specifications.
• Alerts supervisor to quality issues, packing damage, or inconsistencies promptly.
• Installs or assembles components per order specifications.
• Maintains awareness of surroundings and reports safety concerns.
• Labels, packages, and stacks finished product for shipping.
• Adheres to safety procedures and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized for safety.
