Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Machine Operator to ensure the safe and efficient production of molded OES products and prepare items for shipping.

You will review production specs, operate machines to meet cycle times, trim excess flash, inspect quality, and package finished goods, while following safety procedures. This non-exempt role involves lifting up to 40 lbs and indoor work that is warm in summer.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Ability to display safety orientation.
• This job involves walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs and other physical tasks.
• Environment is indoor and can be warm in summer.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each SKU before shift.
• Operate machines and maintain cycle times to meet schedule.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash per product specs.
• Inspect each piece for quality and customer specs.
• Inform supervisor of quality or safety issues promptly.
• Install or assemble components per order specifications.
• Label, pack and stack finished product for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workstation.
