Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Napoleon, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient production of molded OES products and prepare items for shipping.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform required movements.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each scheduled SKU before shift.
• Operate and monitor machines to meet cycle times.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash per specs.
• Inspect pieces to ensure quality meets standards.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or damage to limit losses.
• Label, package, and stack finished products for shipping.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation and follow safety procedures.
