Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring a Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient production of molded OES products per customer specs. You will prepare items for shipping and support quality control.

The role requires reading production SKUs, operating equipment to cycle times, trimming excess, inspecting pieces, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation on site in Valdosta, GA. Physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and climbing as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow production specifications.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to work in a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Environment includes indoor warm conditions and occasional chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each SKU before production.
• Operate machine to meet cycle time and production schedule.
• Trim, file or cut flash to spec.
• Inspect workmanship to meet quality standards.
• Report quality issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assemble components per order specifications.
• Maintain safe, clean workstation and escalate hazards.
• Label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipping.
