Job summary

The role requires reading specifications, setting machine controls, monitoring quality, and performing routine maintenance while supporting the team to meet deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery following specifications and safety rules.
• Set stops/guides to required lengths per templates or scales.
• Monitor operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Inspect product quality and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist setup as needed.
• Support team to meet deadlines and production goals.
