Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks an experienced production operator to safely operate concrete handling equipment and support daily production goals. You will monitor product quality, perform setup and maintenance tasks, and communicate issues to supervision.

This role requires physical stamina and familiarity with industrial environments. The position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Able to read and comprehend safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience operating similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as necessary.
• Detect, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor.
• Record and report quality data such as moisture, density, height, and material consumption.
• Cross-train on other aspects of the production process.
