Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Operator T1 to drive plant operations, handling high-speed assembly and injection molding machines while meeting schedules and quality benchmarks. You will implement machine adjustments, support process startups, and uphold 5S standards to ensure top-quality output.

You will participate in continuous improvement, analyze processes, document results, and contribute to safer, more efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to read/write/comprehend English.
• Be able to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines safely.
• Communicate customer scheduling and quality requirements effectively.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor machine adjustments.
• Conduct process startups and meet production requirements with precision.
• Maintain product quality through thorough process control, testing, and documentation.
• Uphold GMP and safety standards and participate in line performance meetings.
• Identify process issues, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment, processes and systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
