Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Processing Technician to support plastic injection molding operations on the production floor. You will troubleshoot, adjust settings, and monitor processes to ensure quality products are released to customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with molding machinery, robots, and relevant software, along with strong problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior plastic injection molding experience is highly preferred.
• Possess or obtain a technical understanding of injection-molding processes and procedures.
• Regularly stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds; PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues with production.
• Develop corrective actions for machine/molding issues.
• Record accurate production data for tracking.
• Train personnel to improve technical capabilities.
• Monitor production and machine efficiency.
• Start-up/shut-down molding machines as needed.
• Communicate changes to Manager/Supervisor.
• Follow safety and cGMP policies.
