Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an Operator T1 to run high-speed assembly and injection molding machines, ensuring on-time production and strict adherence to customer quality requirements. You will perform machine start-ups and adjustments, document test results, analyze process data, and uphold GMP and safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement and 5S practices.

The role requires teamwork, endurance for long shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read/write/comprehend English.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines safely.
• Communicate and implement customer scheduling and quality requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor machine adjustments.
• Conduct process startups and meet production targets with precision.
• Ensure product quality through process control, testing, documentation and trend tracking.
• Uphold GMP and safety standards and participate in line meetings and continuous improvement.
