Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced technician to monitor and operate multiple injection molding machines. You will change molds, troubleshoot processes, and work with the team to reduce scrap while meeting quality standards.

Strong hands-on skills with robots and manufacturing software are essential to succeed. You will participate in start-up/shut-downs, perform mold changes, and ensure safety while maintaining production targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of injection molding setup experience preferred.
• Experience with robots and manufacturing software or processing systems required.
• Strong problem-solving and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machine issues and electrical/hydraulic problems.
• Record accurate production data and track downtime and quality performance.
• Develop corrective actions for molding issues and optimize safety and efficiency.
