• Skillfully operates high-speed assembly and injection molding machines.
• Communicates customer scheduling and quality requirements.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor adjustments.
• Conducts process startups and meets production needs with precision.
• Ensures product quality through process control, testing, and documentation.
• Upholds GMP and safety standards consistently.
• Participates in team meetings and line performance reviews.
• Inspects and tests parts to verify quality.
• Tracks trends, identifies root causes, and applies corrective actions.
• Analyzes processes and gathers data for troubleshooting across shifts.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
