Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Operator T1 for its Indiana plant to drive efficient manufacturing of high-quality packaging products. You will operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines, perform PMs, and ensure production aligns with schedules and quality standards.

You will uphold GMP and 5S practices, contribute to continuous improvement, and work safely with a team to maintain performance and product integrity across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read/write/comprehend English.
• Basic math and ability to use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines.
• Execute machine adjustments and PMs (preventative maintenance).
• Conduct process startups and meet production requirements with precision.
• Ensure product quality through process control and documentation.
• Uphold GMP and safety standards and participate in continuous improvement.
