Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an Operator T1 to drive production at our Franklin, IN facility. You will operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines, ensure customer scheduling and quality targets are met, and perform PMs and machine adjustments with a focus on safety and GMP compliance.

You will start up processes, control production, document results, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to read, write and comprehend English.
• Basic math proficiency required.
• Able to stand up to 12 hours.
• Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to engage in team meetings and communicate safety, quality, maintenance, and production topics.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and supports team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines.
• Communicate and implement customer scheduling and quality requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor machine adjustments.
• Conduct process startups and meet production requirements with precision.
• Ensure product quality through process control, testing, documentation and corrective actions.
• Uphold GMP and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain professional demeanor in line meetings and line performance reviews.
• Inspect, test and verify parts quality.
• Track trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze processes and data to troubleshoot during shifts.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize equipment and processes.
• Pay close attention to details in all duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
