Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Operator T1 to run high-speed assembly and injection molding processes, ensuring on-time production and quality. You will adjust machines, support startups, maintain 5S, and uphold GMP and safety while driving continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

You will work with a team to meet customer schedules, perform preventative maintenance, document results, and identify root causes of issues to sustain Amcor’s quality commitments.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Reading and writing English required.
• Basic math skills needed.
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with GMP and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed assembly and injection molding machines.
• Communicate and implement customer scheduling and quality requirements.
• Perform PMs and minor machine adjustments.
• Conduct process startups and meet production requirements.
• Ensure product quality through process control and testing.
• Uphold GMP and safety standards.
