Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Injection Molder to monitor and operate multiple injection molding machines. You will start/stop equipment, change molds, troubleshoot processes, and work to reduce scrap while improving output through training and development of associates.

Requirements include 2-3 years in molding setup, robotics, and manufacturing software. You will track production data, implement corrective actions, and ensure safety and quality across the line.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of injection molding setup experience
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
• Problem Solving - identify and resolve problems quickly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machine issues and minor hydraulic/electrical problems
• Record production data for tracking
• Develop corrective actions for machine/molding issues
• Monitor downtime, quality, and machine efficiency
• Train personnel to improve technical capabilities
• Evaluate product quality on newly setup machines
• Follow mold change procedures
• Perform mold and color changes proficiently
• Communicate changes to Manager or Supervisor
• Ensure all systems run safely and optimally
