• High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Diesel Technology or related field preferred to support technical proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, or related technical field; combinations of education and experience considered.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and potential overtime to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned repair tasks efficiently, aiming to meet or exceed flat rate times and minimize rework.
• Strictly follow safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe workplace for all team members.
• Accurately complete documentation including work orders, parts orders, JSA, and data entry in DBS, SIMS, SIS Web, and STW.
• Enforce contamination control and hazardous material guidelines for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Disassemble and reassemble machine parts, test assemblies, and ensure functionality with minimal supervision.
• Provide precise repair quotations by evaluating repair needs and resource requirements.
