Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred for technical proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair or related field.
• Flexibility for varied schedules including shifts, weekends and potential overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned repair tasks efficiently while meeting flat rate times and minimizing re-dos.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Accurately complete work orders, parts orders, JSA, and data management entries in DBS, SIMS, SIS Web, and STW.
• Enforce HAZMAT guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Disassemble, reassemble, test, and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision to ensure proper function.
• Provide accurate quotations and pricing estimates based on repair needs and resources.
• Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge; propose repair solutions.
• Conduct testing and verification to confirm repairs before job closure.
• Apply failure analysis methods to determine root causes and develop effective repair strategies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to communicate progress and best practices.
