Job summary

The role requires reading work orders, following drawings, soldering and wire prep, conformal coating masking, and final unit cleanup. Level progression from Level I to III involves increasing complexity and responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 0-2 years experience
• High School Diploma with 3-5 years experience
• High School Diploma with 6-10 years experience

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies
• Identifies / labels CCAs & LRUs
• Assembles CCAs to chassis sub-assemblies
• Performs mechanical rework per instructions
• Performs final unit level clean-up
• Performs conformal coating masking, coating removal & touch-up
• Performs wire prep and basic wire wrap
• Supports engineering as needed
• Performs solder rework on CCAs
• Performs Wire Wrap at all levels
• Reads DWGs, PLs, WLs, ECNs and Work Instructions for accuracy
