The role emphasizes soldering, prototype and production assembly, testing, and board-level programming using automated fixtures. The candidate should have 1–3 years in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with IPC‑A‑610/J‑STD‑001 familiarity and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Electronics.
• 1-3 years in high-tech manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience with PCB assembly and testing, electrical harness production, ESD control, and handling optical components is a plus.
• Soldering skills (SMT, through-hole, and harnessing).
• Understanding IPC‑A‑610/J‑STD‑001 standards.
• Understanding of inventory control in electronics production.

Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components.
• Prototype assembly per drawings and specifications.
• Production assembly, testing, and inspection.
• Board level programming and testing using automated test fixtures.
• Maintain material inventory with proper paperwork and electronic records per AS9100 procedures.
