Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Electronic Assembler in Hollister, CA to drive continuous improvement in electronics production. You will hand-load PCBs, solder fine-pitch components under a microscope, and follow IPC-D-610 and IPC-J-STD criteria. A strong attention to detail and ability to read drawings are required.

We offer on-site work with full benefits, and on-the-job training. Candidates with 3-5 years J-STD soldering experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US Citizen or right to work in the US.
• Experience with J-STD soldering preferred.
• ESD precautions and handling knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly on components and subassemblies.
• Load PCB assemblies following schematics and callsouts.
• Solder with lead and lead-free processes under a microscope.
• Incorporate engineering drawings and write-ups into assemblies.
