Qualifications

• Ability to work with small components and use hand tools precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform through-hole and SMT hand soldering on PCBs using appropriate tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints for IPC-A-610 conformance and company standards.
• Rework and repair defective solder joints and components as needed.
• Operate under magnification for detailed soldering tasks.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
