Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of relevant assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, and performance specifications.
• Basic soldering and manual assembly skills with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow assembly procedures and specifications to complete assembly and testing tasks.
• Assist in generating work instructions, procedures, and standards.
• Assemble components and troubleshoot mechanical systems including gears, motors, housings, and pumps.
• Hand-solder electronic components on PCBs, primarily SMT and PTH, and cable assemblies.
• Perform in-process inspections and test units with equipment like power supplies and multimeters.
• Record test data, compare results to specifications, and repair units that fail tests.
