Job summary

Talentify in Georgia is seeking detail-oriented in-person staff to review project instructions and prepare documents for scanning. You will remove metal fasteners, repair damaged pages with tape, insert separator sheets, and organize documents for accurate indexing.

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with the ability to drive a standup forklift. Parking is provided and professional attire is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review work instructions and project details before beginning each job.
• Remove all metal objects that cannot be processed through scanning equipment, including staples, paper clips, binder clips, and other fasteners.
• Repair damaged documents by applying tape as needed to prevent further damage during the scanning process.
• Insert document separator sheets or break sheets according to project-specific instructions to ensure proper document indexing and organization.
• Organize and prepare documents in the correct sequence for scanning.
• Identify and elevate document issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the appropriate team lead.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards while following all safety procedures.
• Create makeready copies for documents that cannot be fed through the scanner, such as redwelds, oversized documents, fragile materials, or other items requiring special handling.
• Meet established production standards and productivity goals for each prep level, demonstrating continuous improvement over time.
• Handle confidential and sensitive documents with care while maintaining document integrity throughout the preparation process.
