Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week including occasional weekends/holidays.
• Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of multiple data entry projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Ability to perform Ten Key.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for scanning and indexing with necessary separators and page handling.
• Maintain machine performance and report equipment issues.
• Perform high-volume data entry with focus on accuracy and speed.
• Meet hourly data entry goals and production standards.
• Index, inspect, and validate documentation.
• Some travel to client sites may be required.
