Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify orders, inventory, shipments, and other warehouse transactions in the WMS accurately and on time.
• Review records and system exceptions, research discrepancies, and correct data to maintain accuracy.
• Support audits by preparing transaction histories, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain complete, organized records supporting Operations, Inventory Control, Billing, and customer reporting.
• Monitor workloads and communicate delays or data issues before they impact downstream operations.
