Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Associate to support the movement of materials from the warehouse to distribution. You will ensure data entry accuracy and coordinate transfers using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The role requires strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, and prior inventory control or warehouse experience is preferred. The position emphasizes accurate data entry, reporting, and cycle counting within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in Inventory Control.
• Experience in warehouse settings and using a WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pull and delivery of items per SOE.
• Update WMS with inventory transfers.
• Reconcile inventory shortages and report discrepancies.
• Handle additional material requests.
• Complete after-job process via WMS and adjust inventory as needed.
• Maintain reports to track turn times.
• Data entry of receiving and transfers in process.
• Maintain and assign cycle counting process.
