Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to enter, track, and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse management system. The role supports orders, reporting, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience with WMS (SAP/AS400 a plus), and strong data-entry and Excel skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Brooklyn with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong data-entry and basic reporting skills within MS Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate work orders and reporting through the WMS.
• Organize incoming orders and maintain accurate data entries.
• Support production planning and inventory accuracy across locations.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions, delivery docs, and reports.
• Troubleshoot order/transaction issues and assist in root-cause analysis.
