Job summary

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Associate to enter, track, and maintain inventory in the Warehouse Management System at our facility.

The role operates in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and supports production planning and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of experience with WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year(s) experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience problem solving in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of materials distribution/logistics and inventory management.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong computer skills including Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and maintain inventory data in the Warehouse Management System.
• Validate work orders and organize incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate data entry, records, and archiving.
• Support production planning as needed.
• Maintain inventory at vendor locations and assist with warehouse discrepancies.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions, delivery documents, and reports.
