Job summary

The Batch Plant Operator RMX at Amrize North America Inc. Greenwell Springs LA is responsible for batching concrete to meet exact specs and delivering it on time to the production crew.

You will perform routine plant maintenance, operate loading equipment as needed, and work with drivers to ensure accurate orders while upholding safety and environmental policies. This role offers growth with a nationwide infrastructure builder.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service or dispatch experience.
• Know-how with dispatch systems, PC, phone and headset.
• Basic computer and mathematics skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete efficiently using computer or manual controls and adhere to mix designs.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and basic adjustments.
• Complete customer orders, schedule deliveries, and assist with plant tasks.
• Communicate with drivers to fulfill orders.
• Conduct daily inspections and report safety issues.
• Collaborate with management to address issues and improve efficiency.
