Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a CNC Programmer to program, set up, and run CNC machines with FANUC controls. You will interpret blueprints, ensure parts meet tolerances, and support production scheduling.

The role involves operating multiple CNC machines, selecting tooling, and verifying parts with precision measuring devices, contributing to on-time delivery and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Proficient in CNC operations and FANUC controls to program machines in G and M codes.
• Knowledgeable in indexable tooling technology
• Reading and understanding blueprints and machine operation
• Ability to operate multiple CNC machines
• Measure and record all required data and dimensions
• Effective communication across organization
• Team-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry to verify dimensions
• FANUC controls and G and M code programming experience

Responsibilities

• Performs CNC machine setup and programming to meet production requirements.
• Operates multiple machines and validates dimensions with measurement tools.
• Interprets blueprints and ensures parts run to print.
• Selects tools and fixtures to meet specifications.
• Maintains proper feed rates and spindle speeds for CNC Swiss work.
• Checks milled parts against specifications using micrometers or gauges.
• Sets up and validates gaging for dimensional verification.
• Machines plastics or nonmetallic materials per process requirements.
• Collaborates with team to meet daily production targets.
