Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a skilled CNC Programmer in Indiana to program, set up, and operate FANUC-controlled CNC machines. The role focuses on producing precision components per engineering specs and production schedules.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, select tools/fixtures, and maintain accuracy while meeting daily production targets. Experience with Haas-Robo Drill and Tsugami Swiss Mill is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Proficient in CNC operations and FANUC controls to program and run parts.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNC machine setup and operation meeting accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Reads machining instructions and blueprints to run parts to print.
• Identifies tools/fixtures needed to meet specs and dimensional tolerances.
• Clamps/workpieces and validates dimensions using appropriate gauges and fixtures.
• Maintains set feed rates and spindle speeds for CNC Swiss Mill workpieces.
• Verifies milled parts meet specifications using micrometers or other inspection tools.
• Machine plastics or nonmetallic materials per process requirements.
• Experienced with Haas-Robo Drill and Tsugami Swiss Mill environments.
