Job summary

Talnt is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. The role covers programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls.

You will read drawings, interpret CAD models, and conduct in-process inspections to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with engineering on design changes and apply SolidWorks for interpretation, while maintaining a clean, safe workstation and performing preventative

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software for design interpretation.
  • Proficient use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers/calipers/bore gauges).
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, strong technical knowledge of machining processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts
  • Develop and optimize machining programs using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
  • Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to machining processes
