Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, now part of Solve Industrial Motion Group, is seeking a CNC Programmer to program, set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC machines using FANUC controls. The role focuses on producing precision components in line with engineering specs, quality standards, and production schedules.

You will read blueprints, select tools, set fixtures, and verify dimensions with micrometers and gauges, while maintaining correct feed rates and speeds on Haas-Robo Drill and Tsugami Swiss Mill

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Proficient in CNC operations with FANUC controls to program machines in G and M codes.
• Knowledgeable in current indexable tooling technology
• Reading and understanding blueprints and machine operation.
• Ability to operate multiple CNC machines.
• Measure and record all required data and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines with FANUC controls.
• Ensure parts meet engineering specs, quality standards and production schedules.
• Read machining instructions and blueprints to run components efficiently.
• Clamp workpieces in fixtures or mounts to print.
• Position and verify dimensions with gaging tools and meters.
• Maintain set feed rates and rotation speeds for CNC Swiss Mill and workpiece.
