Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient in programming in G and M codes for FANUC controls.
• Experience operating multiple CNC machines and setting up parts.
• Ability to measure and record data to verify tolerances.
• Knowledgeable in tooling and fixtures for precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNC machine setup and operation per specifications for part production.
• Operates on multiple machines and validates measurements to meet production rates.
• Serves as primary operator for CNC machines and follows B&B procedures.
• Reads machining instructions to ensure efficient running of components per drawings.
• Selects tools/fixtures to meet dimensioning and tolerancing requirements.
• Secures workpieces and checks fixtures to ensure parts run to print.
• Maintains set feed rates and spindle speeds for CNC Swiss mills.
• Verifies milled parts with micrometers and gauges to ensure quality.
