Job summary

Talnt is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. The role covers programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls.

You will read drawings, interpret CAD models, and conduct in-process inspections to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with engineering on design changes and apply SolidWorks for interpretation, while maintaining a clean, safe workstation and performing preventative

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CNC milling machines with Mazatrol/Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software for design interpretation.
• Proficient use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers/calipers/bore gauges).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Develop and optimize machining programs using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls.
• Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
• Work with engineering teams on design modifications using SolidWorks.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Assist with plastics machining or injection molding processes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
