B&B Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Programmer to program, set up, and operate CNC machines with FANUC controls. The role emphasizes producing precision components, reading blueprints, and meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Proficient in CNC operations and FANUC programming.
• Knowledgeable in tooling and inspection fixtures.
• Able to read blueprints and measure parts.
• Capable of multi-machine operation and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNC machine setup and operation and programming that meets requirements.
• Operate on multiple machines, validate measurements, and maintain area housekeeping.
• Primary source for operation of CNC machines and adherence to procedures.
• Reads machining instructions and blueprints to run components to print.
• Identifies and recommends tools/fixtures to meet specifications.
• Clamps and mounts workpieces to ensure parts print correctly.
• Positions and secures gauges to verify dimensions and adjust as needed.
• Maintains set feed rates and spindle speeds for Swiss mill operations.
• Verifies milled parts against specs using micrometers and gauges.
• Applies shop math to ensure consistent accuracy.
• Machines plastics or nonmetallic materials as required.
• Experienced with Haas-Robo Drill and Tsugami Swiss Mill.
