Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, now part of Solve Industrial Motion Group, is seeking a CNC Programmer to program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot FANUC-controlled CNC machines. The role emphasizes producing precision components in alignment with engineering specs and production schedules.

You will read blueprints, select tooling, and verify dimensions to ensure parts meet print tolerances while maintaining efficiency and safety in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC operations and FANUC control programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with G and M code programming and setup.
• Capability to operate multiple CNC machines and measure parts.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run CNC machines to produce precise components.
• Validate dimensions using micrometers and gauges to ensure print conformance.
• Read blueprints and select tools/fixtures to meet specs.
• Maintain proper feed rates and speeds for Swiss and other CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
