The Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a dedicated Baker to produce high-quality cakes following proprietary recipes in a fast-paced bakery setting. You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, measure ingredients precisely, and ensure products meet NbC standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience as baker or in bakery/foodservice is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• NbC recipes available in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operate measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking and monitor the baking process.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes and maintain logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager in production planning and monitor inventory.
• Evaluate ingredients and cakes to ensure NbC standards; report issues.
• Clean, sanitize and restock the workstation for the next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
