Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Experience in auto body repair and use of shop tools; ability to read job orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plans the repair work and prepares cost estimates for customers; uses cutting tools to repair sections.
• Hammers out dents and applies fillers as needed.
• Realigns chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replaces damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repairs glass and interior parts.
• Welds and fits parts; prepares and repaints vehicles to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and verify workmanship.
