• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles; align chassis and frames as needed.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Adhere to WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan and team KPIs.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
