The Boyd Group in Crystal River, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair work and quality service. You will lead disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition.

You will collaborate with team members to hit KPIs and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and efficiency in the shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan to ensure consistent quality.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins, and realign chassis as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and install/repair parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
