• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare customer estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis and replace damaged parts as needed.
• Weld, paint and inspect vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and support team KPIs.
